Gmail is great for sending music and really quick. All email can send on music, but gmail is just quicker and easier than any other in my opinion.

There are websites where you can upload it and then send your friend a link to it. But I’d just say email it to them. Or put it on a cd if you or they don’t have emails, and give it to them next time you meet up.
