Where were you?

It’s a heck of a lot safer to legally download songs, or any other files you need.
This being said, I use Limewire Pro and I think it’s fantastic.
My computer is virus free! (As far as I know)
how much is limewire pro? is it a monthly subscription?
Coincidentally enough, I illegally downloaded Limewire Pro!
Keep it a secret though!
Well…if YOU are safe.
I wouldn’t go out and start downloading everything you see.

I have the free limewire and it does have viruses and you have to be careful because some of the songs are illegal! To make sure not to get viruses check the songs length if it’s over a minute you can download it and after that scan that song for viruses. My computer has had to be completely restored from limewire viruses! If your careful you won’t get viruses. I just got an iPhone, I’m actually replying on my phone right now, and I have been so scared of it going crazy! You should also download some virus protection on you computer, that will help.
i have virus protection and i had norton when limewire killed my other computer, i just cant afford to lose another one you know? is there another program that you have heard of that is free and safe? how about bearshare?
I just download songs from random sources whenever I hear one I like. I find that it’s better than risking virus infections. Sites like www.beemp3.com and www.mp3realm.org are good sources for the everyday listener, if you’d like to take this route.
wouldnt that be worst? because it sounds like you are just downloading without really knowing much about where, i thought that if you used a program it might be more filtered from viruses
Works for me. Speeds can be slow; I’ve averaged 60-100 kB/s with my past two files. I’m in no rush, so that’s good enough for me.
ok well ill give it a shot to all of your guy’s suggestions and hopefully i can find one that works and doesnt give me viruses. thank you all for you help?
You’re welcome?

TryI used to use limewire pro, but I find this to be much better.
The above is the best bit torrent downloader just dont download exe files
Torrents are much better than Limewire. Limewire is too heavily monitored these days, where as for torrents, there are useful little programs like PeerGuardian that can be used to avoid detection.
what are torrents tho?? i feel stupid for asking but i have no idea how they work or anything. are they like temp files?? could u just put them on a zune just as well as any other type of file?
The trick is to download and install the free version of limewire from their website, then use it to download the pro version. I’ve been using it for a couple of years now and never had any problems, but if you want to be downloading whole albums torrents are much better.
