I have heard of cases where the guy has been made to pay child support even though he’s not the biological father, but generally if the paternity test proves you’re not the biological father then you shouldn’t have to pay.

Are you refusing the test because you actually ARE the biological father?

If you deny being the father and also do not want a paternity test then you will have to pay child support because there is no proof that you are not the father when someone is saying you are.
If you are not the father or believe you are not the father then there is no reason to not have a paternity test, they are simple, just a swap of the inside of your cheek and the child has a swab also, it is sent off to a lab and a few weeks later you get the results.

Yeah, if you’re not the father, why avoid the paternity test?

ok first of all im sick of so many guys giving the whole im not th edad speel
if you slept with her around nine months before your baby was born ( and remember to give or take a month because women arent ovens sometimes the baby is late or early) then there is a chance you are the father , the fact that you are saying ‘pin child support on me ‘ is worrying as your not even a hundred percent sure its not your baby. child support is essential to buy the baby food or whatever it needs, so get off your computer go take a paternity test and if you are the babys dad then pay some money and be the best dad you should be . child support is a minimum of £20 a week .
and im sorry but if i were you my priorities would be to find out if i had a child not how i can avoid child support!
