Boy/friend problems, help, please?

I really really like this boy. I always have, always will. I couldn’t imagine life without seeing him in school. We always flirted during school. But now he’s together with my friend =/

This bothers me because now i’m never even going to have a chance to be with him. (The don’t go out with your friend’s ex rule)

But, my friend doesn’t even like him. he’s kind of popular, and my friend is a social climber. she will do anything to become popular (and she never will be because she uses people) in fact, i barely like her myself. she just thinks that we are good friends. but i never tell her anything, and i rarely ask her to hang out.

Please help me. I seriously like this boy A LOT. i always will. I’m talking with another boy that likes me, but I can’t help myself but compare him to the boy i was talking about before =[

i know but still i feel like it’s a rule. do you know what i mean? and my old best friend went out with my ex so i know ow it feels.

They are not even officially together yet though. they like each other. that’s it. but she didn’t even tell me, another person told me. so i don’t know?

She claims to like him, but i know her well enough to realize that she is only using him. She uses everyone to become popular. She used to call this boy annoying when he wasn’t popular.

I just don’t think he deserves to be used at all. he is so much better than that

i know. but i still feel like it would be breaking that rule. and i know how it feels to have a good friend go out with an ex =/

(even though i barely consider her a friend. she thinks i’m really good friends with her though?)

yes, i did. a lot.

but the thing is.. although i know that she doesn’t actually like him, if i go out with him, she will tell everyone that she likes him, to start drama and turn people against me.
She loves drama and starting fights with people.
