ugh i dont know if i can make it through the work day!!

i cant hold anything down.. not even water..

you probably have food poisinig.
You will have to wait your 24 hrs.
Keep away from chicken its often contaminated.

Oh and don’t keep you tongue out so much it will dry out.

Keep trying to drink water so you don’t dehydrate.This important.
If it continues for more than 24 hrs get an IV drip to keep up your water intake.

I have cancer.. and i dont think its helping and i keep getting sickier.. like im dieing on the inside..

If you know that you are actually ill and that’s one of the side-effects, there’s nothing you can do about it much. I feel very sorry for you. Contact your doctor to find out if there’s a way to make you feel better. If I were in your shoes, I would enjoy every day I have. I’d visited all the places I ever ewted to visit, spent plenty of time with people I love and did all the things possible to enjoy myself. Get better, there’s always a chance you are special and will recover! Positive thinking is known to do wonders! Bless you :)

I am doing all the things that i want to do… that i can..

I still have a little hope left that but its gets harder everyday…

please dont feel sorry for me i dont want anyone to feel sorry for me..
