Avatar trouble

I have tried to grab this image

But it says it refuses to download I have tried to save it and then upload it but ti will not work.
I dont know what to do I have even searched for an avatar and it refuses to search…
Whats going on?

Unfortunately both of these features have been disabled until further notice. Looks like you’ll have to stick with your “letter of the alphabet” avatar. You can also Contact us with any other issues you have.

The system for changing avatars isn’t working, hasn’t been working for months, and won’t be working again any time soon. You’ll just have to get use to it I guess. :\

Hate to say it but Help.com has really seemed…to… become kinda broken in the past couple munths

The admin people sorta just left us to fend for ourselves, we had new admin, “helpy” but he left too, so noones really maintaining the site. and theres problems that need fixing, but noones there to fix them. like the avatars, some problems in chat, and the posts arent updated live anymore. but i think were just going to have to put up with it.
