Help, It’s a really long story, but a long time ago somone stole my laptop.

{the one im using right now}. I have got it back. but i dont have the admin passwords. So i cant do anything on it like downlaod etc. I can only use a free account, or whatever u call it. I need help on how to get passed admin passwords or at least figure out how to get 1 of them. By the way keep this in mind; I CAN NOT DOWNLAOD ANY SOFTWARE. I ALSO CANNOT INSTALL. AND EVERYTHING I DO ALMOST HAS TO HAVE ADMIN RIGHTS. Thank you for you’re help
