I need support..

I am 24 years old female, I finished my studies three years ago, but since then I couldn’t get myself into a job, i made a lot of interviews and when I get accepted, I just freak out and run away, I am staying at home now, with no friends, I barely talk to anyone, all my friends are moving with their lives, getting married and it tears me apart ,it never seem there’s anything happening in my life, I only have one sister, she decides everything to me, she is my only friend, but i feel i am all dependent on her, i can’t do anything without her, she is not much better than me,she gets angry with me for that reason, she tells me i am pressuring her I live with my parents with which my relationship is not OK..I am depressed, and I get a lot of panic attacks, I regret not going to those jobs, I regret everything..someone can help me, I have no one to turn to…
