Help help: Can someone help me reach the media for HELP! - Help.com

whats ur situation?.. not meaning to be nosey or anything

This is a situation that goes deep and cannot be explained in a single response. Furthermore, I am not a writer and that is why I am asking for someone to help me reach the media, because I have tried everything else. Even blogging, which I am opening up again to the public (www.faithfuljourney.spaces.live.com) even though it is most embarrassing for me, but in short because of the way I grew up I have been accused again and again of things I have never done and it all climaxed in a situation that I was accused of crime in which I never did. All because my ex wife was upset with me and she had resources and I had none. She even had chuck Lowe (Rob Lowe’s father – the actor) to represent her (an old boyfriend of hers, according to her, I might add) while my representation was forced on me and I was refused a jury trial, abused in jail, divorced without my knowledge or a hearing of any kind and refused any right to my stuff including private journals, military records, birth certificate, clothing ect ect. Even now I am trying to rebuild my life in Northern Virginia, right outside Washington DC and have no idea who to turn to for help. EVERYONE I go to refuses to do anything regarding the situation, stating there is nothing we can do. I have two friends, that’s it, and even they feel they cannot do anything about it except help in other ways. So I only know one thing left, share my story so it is not as likely to happened to someone else, or me, ever again, at least as long as we have civil rights in this country. My rights and due process was denied. Is there anyone out there willing to help me expose my situation to the public, please help me. PLEASE HELP ME!

have you tried writing the president?… just a thought.. i know that sounds dumb but maybe if you try it, you might get a responce

Yes, I’ve written the president. And for everyone else that gives me advice, yes i’ve contacted the governor’s office also, yes i have went into a paper to a repoter also, yes i’ve contacted the ACLU also. There’s not much that I have not done.

this is what i have noticed, this is not just with me, I’ve noticed when I’ve looked at other posts, and how troubling it is to see people’s responses. The question I asked was “Can someone help me reach the media for HELP!”. It was not can someone please give me some advice and as to who to contact, or even “how” to contact the media. The question was again “Can someone help me reach the media for HELP!”. A simple yes or no would do. Help.com was just one place to try, but I will keep trying over the Internet until I find someone that is willing to help me. I question was targeted and to the point. Something very hard for me to accomplish most of the time. Yet all three responses are not answering the question, I’m just wondering if someone can help me contact the media. Please forgive me if I sound rude, but no one would believe what I’ve gone through up to this point, and for this reason again I am trying to seek the help from someone in media. If that does not work, I will try another route. There is so much to say but I think I will refrain myself from saying it, and keep it to my blog.

I think I am allowed to ask this though. I see a lot of people asking questions in this website, and some people are pretty desperate and discouraged. Please try to remember that this might be the last place someone askes for help before they stop asking. Please try to put yourself in the other persons position. And if they get rude they probably have been through a lot to get to this desperate place to be randomly asking strangers for help.

So yes I’ve written the president, and that’s good advice, unfortunately that’s why I’ve asked to get help to contact the media, because no matter what I’ve done thus far I have not yet received help, but only discouraging responses from people most of the time asking the question never waiting around enough for the answer. Again, sorry for my tone, but if you would have read my blog you may have understood. Or maybe not.

Why do you live in the past? If you are truly a christian and know all that you say you know about the scriptures, why then, go backwards. God’s way’s is to bring us to the future. Yes, we are many times wronged without a cause, but look at Christ, He was wronged without a cause, so why do you think you are above Christ and his suffering? We are to count our sufferings as a blessings. Don’t you think you have something mixed up in your way of thinking?

The answer is “NO”

There is no emotion in that answer, just a realistic, cold, hard, fact of reality. You are too volatile of a person, your case is too weak, and you keep driving your friends away by blatantly ignoring all Godly counsel. Anyone who takes up your cause will soon see that no matter who is right or wrong, there is absolutely nothing they will be able to do to truly help or to satisfy you and they will walk away or more accurately, stand there scratching their head as you walk away ranting about how they abandoned you. A good sailor who finds himself swimming has not abandoned the ship if it sank out from under him because it wasn’t seaworthy.

The biggest thing I see here as a clear lack of any peace in what you’re doing. That is a sure sign it’s not God’s path. I want you to find the joy and blessing of God’s path and honestly, you are NOT ON IT. Please listen and heed the advice you keep getting.

So is that all? Still no help to reach the media? So not one person has a positive response?

Well my next step I started today, just as my blog indicated, and I will move on from here and continue my appeal elsewhere. Thanks for your help. I think it was a fairly simple request; it did not have to invoke so much anger and hatred towards me as a person. I simply requested help. One really has to ask why so many of YOU are so angry with us ME?

Yes I loved my wife, so much so that even after she did this horrendous crime against me, I still cared more about winning her back and reaffirming my love to her. Yet even now her and her family come against me with a vengeance, seeking to destroy me further. I can prove that I was innocent, but unfortunately no one wants to know the truth. I can prove it if someone would just listen and investigate what I have to say. This is why I continue to peruse the media.

She knows I’m telling the truth for she even threatened me a second time, that she would put the false protection order on me if I try to come back and get my stuff. There are so many lies about this situation, so many things I have endured, but before I would’ve just let them go, but no not this time. I will push this as hard, and as strong, and as long as I need to in order to prove what is true.

Protecting Donna, daughter of Robert Chenault (from Chillicothe Ohio but spelling unsure) from the wrong that she is done against me, you think is helping her but it actually is allowing her to get away with something that’s only going to cause her more harm in the end. She’s gotten away with this and you all have allowed her to, and even supported her in it. This to you is love, yet I am the one that paid a penalty that I did not deserve, and the fact that I still love her does a better job proving my love for her. She has hated me without a fair reason and yet I still loved her, and even still do. Just because I don’t want her to get away with lying in this great deception, does not mean that I do not love her. Yet am I disappointed in her, and frustrated with her, and feel betrayed by her? I am sure you all would do so much better, but how many of you have gone to jail for a crime you never committed and then still loved the person that did that to you.

Let me remind you this is not the first time this has occurred, this is only the first time that I am not attempting to get her back but rather attempting to hold her accountable for the lies in which she has stated against me in order that I might have the fair chance to go on with my life, free from restrictions or penalty. I have requested my stuff wich she has held including births certificate, cloths, military records, safe deposit keys, all in which is making my life more and more difficult, but this is not my greatest concern. What my greatest concern is that she is getting away with this even though what she is doing is against the law, and what she has done already against me is a against the law, even though the police have not held her accountable to these laws. She has been above the law there in Dayton and wherever she goes. This is just one more example, that if you do not have money you don’t even have the right to prove your innocence. Whoever has the most money many times goes free and the poor many times are condemned and denied their rights.
