If U own the installation CD/DVD, then the key is printed on the back of the guideline book or on an extra paper of some sort.

If U downloaded the game, then its illegal to Use. Then U have to get a cracked key from a game cheat site. This is maybe also one thing U can do if U have the original CD/DVD. Still Illegal to do.

But if U contact EA games and ask for a new key. because U lost it. Then They will help U with a new one.
