okay whats the matter is it kind of like depression or you feel like everybodies looking at you etc.
as for the sleep have you spoken to the doctor? maybe he can give you something..
is there any problems that you think about instead of going to sleep like e.g whats happening the next day or something? because if it is i always go by what my nan told me once “what can you possibly do now? all you can do is worry, its better to just not think about it until the day when you can actually do something about it” its true nothings open at night everyone else is asleep what can you possibly do? apart from go to sleep yourself and then your mind is clear for the daytime too :)
i would deffinatly go to see someone though as they can maybe advice you better than me as icant actually see you nor am i a doctor where as they can..
