My period is

due today but it normally comes during the night. However, its half 10 and still not here. I’ve got cramp though. Can it just come anytime?

Yeah dpn’t worry about it too much.
Mine are never on the same day every month.
Some come a couple of days before others come up to a week later.
The cramps are a good sign though.
Don’t worry about it. =]

dont worry a bit, sometimes if u r stressed it arrives a little late.. even up to a few days.

You are lucky to have you period arrive to a time and not just a day.
It may be like cloclwork for you but the body can decide to change once in a while.
Don’t worry untill it is days late rather than hours.

Ah thats good then.
I’ve been really really stressed out lately so that might be what the problem is.
At least I have cramp though, I’d be worried if I didn’t coz I get it realllyyyyy bad.

If it is really really bad, talk to your doc, going on the pill may reduce the intensity of your period

It’s okay jsut try not to panic.
The more you stress over your period the later it may become.
Just wait a week.
If you reach a week after your normal date and there is still no sign of a period then prehaps consult your doctor.
Just don’t panic.
Stress prolongs it!
