Of the above listed, metal.
Of one not listed, electrical energy.
Electricity. And not just being able to throw around lightning bolts, which is already awesome enough. Being able to manipulate and ‘read’ electronic devices (as in being able to see whats stored in a computers RAM, stuff like that) Maybe even as much as sensing the electrical impulses used in our nervous system and brains (which would make things like mind reading, telepathy and even mind control possible)

Hmmm, so many choices…I would posses cognition. For what use could power be without the comprehension of it’s effects? It would make me the god of gods simply because I control the thoughts that they posses. Although I can’t forget my own cognition may be structured by some different physical law/property ie time, matter, light, energy. But overall, I would be making the choices if cognition itself, was my dominion.

But then I read on and now I can’t decide if I want that or if I want Gravity. But I wouldn’t tell anybody. I would be the first person to do a standing triple backflip. O.o And a triple btwist… O.o

yaa, its school holidays over here for the next fortnight, but before I go I ask you all a question, if you cold control, manipulate, become, and posses something e.g. metal, fire, ice, magma, plants, animals, time, light, darkness, hope ( a mix of light and dark ), what would you have?

Hm, I’d pick the ability to control time. But then you’d have the problem wouldn’t you, of aging far more quickly than the average person? I wonder if one had the ability to control time, would their inner clock not be affected or at the point of time travel would it stop somehow. Probably wouldn’t. :P
But then I could always travel foward and time when there’s a cure for aging, inject some nanorobots in me and travel back and live for as long as I wanted to. Yeah, time it is for me.
Being able to control metal like X-Men’s Magneto would be greatly enjoyable. However I’d probably choose the power to control the mind.
I would like to have all of those and be the badest of the bad *****.If I could only pick one I would pick the animal one. Since some animals can withstand cold(ice) some can withstand very hot temps(fire) a large variety eat plants(plants) some are nacternal(darkness)
against the others I would be screwed. In which case I would just turn myself into a very very small animal that cant be seen with the naked eye to hide :P then when their back is turned BAM! lions got ya by the throat.

Well why?
Animals; not exactly manipulate and posess, but kinda guide… and because of the variety of their capabilities… and ofcoures I love animals (they taste good ;) )
Time; cause with time on your side you can do nearly anything…
Light; the most basic source of energy in nature… remember matter is energy as well!

Therby, by controlling the speed of light you can vary how time changes around you…
Yeah, he’s right. I think perhaps the limitations of the speed of light, are in fact the limitations of the speed of time. And so, by going faster than light, you would be traveling into the past.

Comes from reading and writing a lot of sci-fi. I could choose a ton of unique powers.
Physical control over others. I’d give my boyfriend an Org … along with every other living male and female in the world at least once a day. It would surely be the beginings of world peace. And it would keep everyone well an truely happy!

I would choose to have the ability to control air/wind. That would mean I could make the air density around me shift, granting me the ability to fly.
Also I could summon up windstorms, hurricanes, tsunamis and have power over the waves in the sea. I could also make the air density strong in front of me so as to create a shield.
Um, that, or I would like to have power over plants, green, and growth.
Or a mixture of both. :)

The ability to manipulate and control the fabric of existence. To harness the dark and light forces that create the universe. Pretty much this probably gives me any type of power or ability there is all in one.

I kinda liked Static Shock. He was supposed to end up joining the Teen Titans, but they canceled the both of them.
I would like to control the weather. I think it would be fun to have them mirror what I was feeling.If I was angry, there would be a wind storm probably followed closely by a thunderstorm. If I was happy the weather would be calm, most likely with a gentle breeze to keep me cool. I would enjoy it. I guess the best part would be being able to cancel school whenever I wanted for snow.
