Im feeling really unconfident and unhappy.
I feel like I try my best with poeple and I help people out but in th e end they let me down or take the piss. Im really annoyed with myself for not being able to say what I want when I am being treated unresonalbly and the end result is I feel crap - for not speaking my mind and defending myself and for not being able to control the situation and for being so trusting to these people in the first place and being let down.
