Does any one else think like this..

Im NOT suicidal but when I am buy my selfs my thoughts turn to quite extreme ideas of hurting myself - for exapmle i wil think about stabbing myself in the stomach, or cutting my throat. I am not a violant person, and I dont understand why I am having these thoughts.

I had horrible thoughts when I was thinking about cutting. I was visulising it and got an erge eurge. I can’ spell!! lmao what I meant was that I ended up really wanting to do it after thinking about it so much. and I did. sometimes I would visulise doing things and would end up doing them because I had so much anger locked inside.

I think you should try not to think in this way. try anything to help yourself, because you may eventually want to do it like I did. or other things that may hurt yourself. you dont want that. try not to spend too much time on your own and make yourself feel better. try to hang about with your friends and enjoy yourself abit more. I have no idea if this is helpful or not. but its important that you stop thinking like this or that you know that you should never act out any of these thoughts. tell someone close to you about it

I meant to include this, the reason we imagine this sort of thing is because we’re uncapable or unwilling to make it our reality. It’s not always because we want this to happen, some people just take their issues to the next level. Don’t relate them to yourself.

For some odd reason, my first post didn’t go through. My computer was laggish at the time so I must not have waited for it to finish sending. Anyway, I’ll retype it. Please realize that this was meant to be the first response from me.

“Miss pinklady, since this is your post, I’ll reply to you and you only. I know that you’re not suicidal, nor are you a violent person. But the truth of the matter is, all living things are naturally curious. But, us humans grow beyond our childish behaviours, so we tend to use our imaginations as an effort to understand the reality of possibility. I feel that this is healthy, so long as it’s a mild condition. Don’t agree with people who tell you not to think this way, because they’re only trying to uphold their own perception of wrong doing. We can expect that you know what is obvious and good natured.”
