I have been in Theatrical Lighting Sales for nearly

13 years, recently laid off, and am trying to find a new job in a theatre field, but no more sales. I’ve directed, stage managed, acted, founded a non profit theatre company, some set design, etc. can’t seem to get my foot in the door in an theatre management/staff position, any ideas to help?
