it is not a difficult thing for hd movie maker indeed. it is a professional hd movie maker, which you can easily handle to convert any video including camcorder video to PS readable format for your PS3.

You should specify which camcorder you are using.
Anyway, if you use AVCHD Camcorder, or JVC camcorder, which shot videos in MTS, M2TS, MOD, or TOD files, then you should convert these videos in mp4 format for your PS3 with a video file converter.

And remember, be put your videos in the right folder.
