Sooo, we’ve been dating for a year and been having sex for 6 months.
We started out as 15 and 17, now we’re 16 and 18. He’s about to be 19. I can’t find the definite laws on statutory rape in Illinois, but I’m sure there’s an age difference leeway. I think my mother is suspecting of us and I don’t want him to run into trouble down the road. Can anyone find the definite laws on that and what the leeway is?
