I need a fast suggestion :(

I have an interview at 11 and my cramp is so bad I can’t hardly walk, I’ve only got paracetamol and Ibroprofen in the house. What will work best?

I’m 16 :)

I mean don’t try to walk as it may make it hurt more. Maybe two excederine or tylonol could assist.

Honey 2 of each you can mix them, I discovered this when I used to suffer migrains and I was prescribe both ibruprofen and paracetamol, I now always take them together to ease my cramps, you should read the ibroprofen lable to double check it has not parcetamol or asprin in it, but because ibroprfen is a muscle relaxant and not a paracetamol they are completly safe to take together

Oh, I thought it was some sort of hip pain. At any rate, just don’t use the part of the body that’s hurting until about ready to leave for the interview.

At 16 I hope she’s not using that part of the body.

Stick with the women’s advice…
