australia help: I want to cut my wrist but i dont want to die. - Help.com

i know it probably doesnt mean anything to you. but i dont want to die. im so scared of dying but i do rely on pain to get me through. i believe that i do need to punished and experienced the pain i inflict. not that it matters to you.

but what i wanted to say. was i hope you are alright. i dont like the idea of harming but i do realise to a degree sometimes and only sometimes why people do it.

I heard that cutting your throught will be more entertaining…. this will be better than your wrist…

dont listen to then. that is just stupid. and im not going to answer your question. can you do something else or are you totally dependent on cutting.

i am taking it happy thoughts are not going to work. but do rekon you can try something. have you ever looked into maybe drawing on yourself instead so you still get covered you just dont do the damge or maybe hold ice, to numb your fingers.

please tell me if you think i am totally stupid.

What are you feeling at the time you cut? Do you know why those feelings are fighting to be heard? Maybe that is a good time to write it all down and allow the paper to be your voice instead of your body.

i know i get that urge too every once in a while but i don’t do it instead i just pierce myself with some niedles it’s very relieving

There is a way to relieve the pain without harming yourself. Jesus has already taken our pain when he went to the cross for us. If you will call out to him and ask him to help you he will answer your call. He will fill your life with love, forgiveness, light and purpose. Ask him to come into your life and fill you with his love. ask him to take away the pain, believe in what he has done for you, he has an awesome plan for your life.
