Why do people always come to me to tell their secrets? - Help.com

well from what little i know of you, you come across as trustworhy and almost unnervingly easy to talk to, either that or you just have a sympathetic face :p

Now, but as beautiful as you are and as angelic as your face is, you look like a person who would be trustworthy and able to keep a secret.

Some people are just easy to talk to I guess.
I’m sure you’ve shown quite a couple of times that you’re not a judgmental person perhaps that’s why.

lots of people ask to know stuff as well, for example i know i can be too nosey sometimes, maybe by not asking to know people’s secrets you inadvertently encourage them to? like a sort of accidental reverse psychology.

Maybe it’s Karma, nudging you in the direction of being there for someone who needs a trustworthy ear, to let them unburden in confidence, to atone for your prattling, loose-tongued past? ;-)

they tell you because they know that you are a Blubber Mouth and cant keep Secrets…

Can I tell you a thing, people do the same to me in a way, in addition I also tend to show up on the “radar” for autistic people somehow.

This guy at the busstop actually told me all about his autism/ADD and that I somehow showed up on his radar, he used the exact words that I was thinking just the day before that - I had this whole conversation with him, it was great.

Because your so trustworthy and your a very good listener and i alwasy seem to find help in the answeres you give me. Your a very appreciated person and we all love you!

You know, it’s a compliment to know that people feel that you’re trustworthy. But if it gets to be too much, you could always tell them that you have problems or your own.

I’ve been thinking - maybe people trust you because you do not tell lies, because you are a honest person and they can see that somehow (even if you can not see that in yourself); there must be compassion shining in your heart.
