Help help: I am on my last thread. - Help.com

I am on my last thread.

I dont know what to do, I need psychiatric help I am suffering deeply, this may sound funny or crazy but this is my plea for help. I have no one to go to, I have a minimum wage part time job, with no health insurance I am in debt, I am in school am under extreme pressure, along with many secrets that I hold all by myself. I think i am going to lose my mind, I need help because I cant seem to think normal. Does anyone know how I can get help when I dont have any money. I dont mean the 1 800 number for crisis. I mean actual help. I live in wisconsin if that helps any. I appreciate if anyone can help me I really need it.

You’re not alone with that feeling. I am right there with you minus the school part. It’s tough, psychiatrist are expensive without health insurance. I’d suggest trying to find someone who can relate to your issue and hopefully they are a good listener. Sometimes that is all you need, is someone can listen.

well find something to do that will help you find new friends.. I don’t know where in Wisconsin you live but if you’re in Madison, try spending some time at the union with friends.. It’s a great feeling..
