I can’t reach orgasm through masturbation.

I’m a virgin and I don’t plan to change that status soon. I masturbate regularly by rubbing my clitoris and using a dildo, yet I have never found any satisfaction from it. Any help on how to reach orgasm through masturbation? I’m a 19 year old female.
