My husband and I are high school sweethearts (been together for 24 years).
We have to boys in college. My husband is a manager at a well known freight company for 20 years and I am now a fulltime nursing student. My hubby recently took a pretty big pay cut due our horrible economy (we are still extremely thankful that he still has his job). I am not due to graduate until winter of 2010. We have fallen behind on our mortgage and are now facing foreclosure. We have tried loan modification but were recently denied. We need $8300.00 to get our house out of foreclosure. What should we do? We’ve owned this home since 1989 and we dont want to lose it. We’ve exhausted all of our savings and resources.
Any ideas or advice welcomed.
