hey so im going away in about a week and i know this is last minute but i really want to lose 5-10 pounds. ive been “trying” for about a month but i havent really been sticking to my diet and exercise regime because of various reasons. im really into it now, me being the procrastonator that i am, but i was looking for some extra tips. i lose weight really easily if i try and im working out and not eating any junk and not too much. any tips you can help me with?

Eat little and often. Only eat healthy food. Don’t go shopping when hungry. Walk wherever possible. Get at least 30 mins exercise a day.

When you go shopping only buy fruit, veg and spices - drink allot of water..

Remember if you start going to the gym, you’ll loose fat but gain muscle so use a tape measure or a scale that also measures fat percentages if you want some more long term effects (healthier!) people at gyms can are usually pretty helpfull to loose that weight and become more healthy (it’s their job after all) so basicly just continue working out & not eating junkfood.

Quick weight loss is usually not healthy. Best to do a little at a time. Start parking a little further away and walking more. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. A good place to look for free info is bodybuilding.com. I am not a body builder but they have some good info…
