Those are generally destructive activities to indulge in. Ever try lifting weights or running, for example? Or getting lost in a good TV marathon, movie trilogy, or video game story line?

There’s nothing that says you can’t feel bad or have off days. Seriously. Use this time to get your life back on track. Use it to do whatevertheheckyouwant as long as it isn’t anything destructive. Don’t apologize for feeling bad. We all do, and we all whine. It’s no problem at all.

ok. do you know what I do when I feel down and out? I play loud music, dance like a fool, have a cholocolate or a pastry, call my friends and go out party!!!!!

Just don’t sit there! look in the mirror, get a big smile and do something that you love..or just call up your friends and plan a party tonight. I am partying tonight too with few of my girlfriends :)

Try giving up sugar, dude, because it all of the latest studies, sugar depressed the hell out of you. People are addicted to it, and cannot live without it. Try not using it for a week and see if your feelings don’t come back on line. Any kind of sweetener has sugar or sugar alcohols in them Give it up and try again to enjoy being nineteen. Just do it! And see. It works on a lot of people. Some of the worst decisions I ever made in my whole life were after ingesting that crap. I went back and looked at it all, and yep,Sugar rush and then bottoming out, and depression. I started reading up on it, and there is a severe B complex deficiency (sp) with the younger and older folks and it all mimics depression. So,, when we eat junk full of sugar, and they are putting it in everything, we have more suicides, more crime, more ofjust bad behavior. It’s all on the net, so don’t take my word for it. There are answers out there, just trying to save you time. And also, the other posts are right, try getting out and doing something really good for a change. Dwelling on your problems will only make everything worse. But, lose the sugar and take a good vitamin B complex, like the kind that you get at a health food store with plenty of B’s not just a trace of this and that. They are water soluble and you cannot really OD on them, just take as directed. And lose the sugar

P.S. You must drink water or your bodily functions will suffer and you will finally kill your organs. So, no sugar, B-complex, and lots of water so you won’t blow your kidneys among other things.

I find that a lot of us are choosing light as opposed to darkness. I have only one human to talk to about how I feel. She is non-judgemental. So, to all of you out there that need someone to talk to, here is a number that a very wise person just gave me. You can call and get much needed encouragement. 800-421-9600

ofcourse,I posted anonymously, don’t know why. I guess I figured no one would appreciate the number or comment on here. I’m guster32, and I must voice the need for all of us to stand and take notice before it’s too late. So, if you wish, please, we can all use friends, the more of us that are friends the stronger we are!
