i think i hav an eating disorder
im active and i run forty minutes every other day and every day i dont run a lift weights. but i binge a lot and it throws my weight off. like i lost seven pounds in two weeks and idk i just cant control myself when i run i get runners high and love it i love workin out but wen im depressed or just bored i binge like crazy then i feel really bad afterwards and like crap idk wat to do is this bad

My mom did that when she was younger (like in her 20’s I think) and it was ok then. But it screwed her insides up and when she was in her 30’s she gained weight, and had to have all kinds of surgery. She almost died a couple times. So even if it doesnt effect you now, it will later in life.

Lovestruck just stop eating junk. the running and things is great. Maybe you should do some research on the kind of foods that athletes eat? Because they need to eat a lot of high energy foods to sustain there training. so maybe you are not eating the right foods for running?
okay its like i just want it i mean i good for like three days and then i just crave its crazy idk. and im a dancer i know that i cant keep this up itl ruin me
Its great that you love to run, physical activity is great for everyone. On the odd days that you don’t run or do anything and you say you feel depressed, try finding something that makes you feel better. Take a bubble bath, pamper yourself or change your rooms around or go shopping but stay away from food. Hang out with some friends, just do something that doesn’t involve you sitting at home being a couch potato.
If you really think you have a eating disorder, go to your doctor or a counsler, that way you will for sure know if you do or don’t.

lol I think your diet is the problem, your very active so you use up a lot of energy. Probably more than you take in so you binge eat to make up for it.
Eat more carbohydrates like pasta, bread’s and cereals before you go dancing or for a run and snack on fruit, low fat yogurt and fresh veg like carrots. Toast is good for a snack, without butter maybe tuna paste because its packed with protein and will help build your muscles. and don’t worry about getting bulging muscles either, youll develop slighter leaner muscles for running so you wont look like you could bench press a car. :)

I know lol. You aint fat though. And you don’t have an eating disorder. just follow my advice about your diet and read up about it okay :) good diets affect your brain chemistry as well so if you eat healthy you feel it.
