WTF?!

yeah. she said that if I ever break up with her or hurt her and she ends up breaking up with me, she will hire someone to kill my loved ones. im not sure if its a bluff but she’s showed me the potential person and everything. i dont know what to do. i know it sounds farfetch’d and a scene from a movie but its true. i hope it doesn’t happen. im trying to stop anything bad before it starts

she has the money. i dont know how. she showed me not only a pic but the guy’s record offenses and the fact he just got out of jail early from going to some boot camp thing.

i dont use AIM but are convos saved? if not start saving them, and get her she sounds like a threat to the community to me

yeah i use ichat for mac so it saves the convos. we dont live in the same area though. she lives in illinois and i live in ny but am moving to illinois for school no where near her. what should i google? should i talk to a police officer? i have no idea what to do

yes talk to a cop print all convos off and bring them with you…… have you talked to your parents they need to be informed,
Google internet threat laws and policies for both states, and since you were a minor and she wasnt sh** could very easily hit the fan for her

i dont have the convos of when i was a minor but i have the most recent (yesterday actually lol). I have refrained from talking to my parents about it though. I wanted to keep it away because i know they are stressed out with me going to school already. so print out the convos and google internet threat laws?

oh yeah, and to whatever girl i happen to talk to (in this case my peer advisors for school, jesus) she sends a message to them telling them to basically stay away from me and such. its terrible.

and talk to the cops just call them for an inquiry into the matter if it makes you feel better to learn what you can do

do i call the nypd switchboard? because ive tried to call 911 once when i was younger and they said i had to come in immediately to file a police report i was too young to do that without my parents knowing. im not sure exactly where to call

i dont know i wouldnt call 911… can you call your local station or go in tomorrow and speak to them …. but dude talk to your parents they need to know its there right to know someone wants to hurt them

ok im not the most telling person but ill try. i can call my local station and talk to them. there is one a few blocks away. i just dont want anything to happen at all. im so freaked out. i didnt think there was an internet harassment law as a felony because it would be hard to identify who the person is

yov’ve done nothing wrong at all so i would say no but thats another reason to act before much longer

good luck to you mr. annoymous 2 and thank you. thank you mz.mo also I just want this suffering to be over so that i could make college the best experience ever. you cant stop life for the past but only live in the present and look forward to the future. i want my future to be happy. so heres the gist of what i should do:

1. call the cops
2. print the convo
3. ask if anything can be done.
4. eventually tell my parents.
5. hope for the best and never talk to her again.
6. try to get a restraining order on her also

anything else?

and when you find out about the restraining order inform your school they are used to that stuff

ok so I just got off the phone with the cops and the agent said that there is no arrest that can be made because she lives in a different state. they suggested i change all my information from phone numbers to screen names and social networking activity and file a police report. she said internet threats were illegal also. what can be done? should i try to call the illinois police department somehow?

sure that is where they(the threats) are coming from why not…i’m not sure what else to tell you , but follow the cops advice and just stop contact with her all together.

should i stop talking to her and break up with her first then call the cops or the other way around? there has to be a situation i believe if anything were to happen. I dont want to preempt something and it backfires.

Ok im stuck now. I have to fill out two reports for two different states against the girl but that doesnt stop the possibility of her getting someone to do something dangerous. how long does it take for the police to investigate something? and should i stop talking to the person indefinitely before i talk to the cops? im not sure what to do now. i have the evidence ready and just have to file the reports

Stop talking to her and file the reports. and dude tell your parents, and i would even tell her that you are filing police reports and she needs to stop for her own good. and I never asked do you know the guys name she showed you a pic of? if he’s on parole, which i am guessing he is, this is criminal activity and he would go right back. good luck amigo

his name is jeremy leek and he just got out of a reduced sentence for threatening a cop that he would kill the cop’s family. he could’ve had three years in jail i believe but he received a reduced sentence after completing boot camp. he has a record. I need to finish what the Illinois internet crime agent told me first and make gather the evidence then go to the police station nearby. Im just freaked out.

yeah he is ….make sure you give the cops this too……..it will make your case against her sooooo much more. This girl is screwed
