Hi,

I had a handspring visor delux and palm desktop installed on my desktop. I used to use that for maintaining all my telephone contacts. Recently I had to reinstall my Windows XP OS. Though all the programs are now gone, the data on C:\program files is as it is and I see Palm directory. If I try to double click on plam desktop icon, it gives “Error : invalid configuration” message and doesn’t open up (though some other programs like Spybot etc open up this way). I also tried to download palm desktop software from download.com, but it didn’t install saying “another palm OS version is already on the machine”. Is there any easy solution to retrieve my data and get all the telephone numbers back ?
