I’m making a video and I need your help with the script.

Here’s the setting: There was a deadly outbreak of a disease that was dormant for many years in a glacier that melted. almost every person died on earth except for me and possibly others.

I need to come up with a name for the disease and the symptoms. It can’t be a real one, but must sound real. Any doctors out there?
