Don’t say that. If you don’t have hope, you don’t have anything…and no one can help you find it. You just have to know that “In the end, everything is ok. If it’s not ok, then it’s not the end”. What led u to believe this?

There has to be hope without hope there would be no despair, as they work as complete opposites, so while you have despair, loss and hopelessness then there is always hope, there just has to be

Hope is through your faith. You need something to believe in. Try the simple things. Waking up in the morning alive and hopefully healthy. Having people that love you. Try liking your self. Hope is always there and always with you. Just let go of whatever is taking up rent in your head and try to be positive. Things WILL turnaround!

Think positive and you will have hope. only think of the best in your life, look at all the good around you and not the bad.
