Sakura Taisen 1 Installation.

Does anybody know how to install that game? I can’t read Japanese nor do I have that language pack. Any instructions regarding this would be appreciated.
So far, I’ve tried installing the game from the disc along with the Denmaku, which installed well except for that I get an error message for running the game (perhapes a CD-ROM thing, I can’t read it).
