My boyfriend wants me to GAIN weight.
Okay, I’ll give you some background to my problem: So I am 5 feet 9 and a half inches or so with a large frame. I come from a Swiss background and have a bone size “off the scale” according to my doctor. My wrist is about 7 and a half inches in circumference just to give you an idea.
My whole life people have always called me fat because of my bone structure so I am really sensitive to the word. I stuggle to be bone thin so that I don’t look so big, and succeed well enough; no-one can ever tell I am so thin because my bones make up for it. I am not complaining about my body shape or anything, I actually think I am quite attractive in that department (though I always pine for smaller bones).
Here is the real issue: I have a very nice boyfriend who is 16, two years older than me. He loves my body shape and always calls me perfect and beautiful, which is a big help for my ego. However, lately he has been asking me to gain a little weight to enhance my bust size. I am 14 and just barely a C, I think that’s pretty good for as thin as I am (and let me emphasize, I am really skinny, like my ribs extend out at least 3 inches over my waist)!
I have stuggled with being called fat my whole life, and even though I’m not, it hurts. Here is my boyfriend who I love and trust, and who knows how hard is would be for me to gain weight, mentally, wanting me to have a few extra pounds; not for my health but so that my breasts get bigger. I haven’t even developed fully yet… What should I do?
