At the time they may not notice, but when they try to bill the company and it doesn’t go through, they will probably send you a bill. So you will probably be stuck with it.

The bill in itself isn’t a big deal but receiving the initial treatment is. I was hoping that someone who has tried this would be able to answer.

they wont know unless they’ve billed your insurance before and they sent them that information, but I highly doubt it. Your best bet is to goto a free clinic. There is no need to scam anybody if you do not intend to pay. Be honest and you’ll be just fine.
