Hrm. The only thing I can realy suggest for you is a change of scenery. From what I’ve seen it seems like you are stuck in a rut, frustrated and bored, and a lot of that is coming up as feelings like you have described. Try, if at all possible to leave behind any commitments, family or otherwise for a few days. A break may very well give you the perspective needed to get through a bad patch. And, as with any other problem like this, I do hope you also seek some form of professional help with these feelings.

You really should call the police, they may be chilish now. But the threats/actions may get worse.

doesnt make you old, just means that you have loved ones…that are blood. And you need to call the police, you do have children what if something happens?

Okay. Call the police. Also, keep a logbook of any incidents that occur, though I’m certain the police will tell you to do this. Also, try to remember that you are safe, that you are not responsible in any way for the behavior of your ex and that you are actualy a good person. You know the foetid pits of the internet I usualy frequent, so if you need to talk, feel free.

try and get photo eidence too, if necesarry
