Final Cut Pro Help!

I am working on a personal project that involves moving stills. I can’t for the life of me figure out why half of my stills become rippled/blur when they move! All the photos are around the same size. When I view them in the canvas it looks normal, but in the viewer it looks blurred. When I change to 50% from 100, it looks good, but that isn’t much help for when I export it and have the blur. I have rendered it a few times and nothing seems to change… help!
