i have recently started playing soccer again after a 2 month period and i just had a game…

before we even got to second half i was already tired. what can i do to prevent that from happening again?

Get on a regular running and exercise routine that way you develop more endurance and stamina. After you have been doing regular running and exercises, a soccer game will seem like you only played 5 minutes and will be ready to play 2 more games right away.
