Both my parents were listening to the BBC and told me, it was also on a morning show too… hope its not true :-(

No her ex-husband reported that he thought she was dying in his arms after she had a 3 day drugs binge.

Unfortunately she survived!

OK–just checked all around, and according to Contactmusic.com that was a story written in august of 1007.
She had taken quite a bit of drugs and actually did lose consciousness and stop breathing.
Her ex gave her CPR and she revived, asking for more drugs.
Ugh. This is so sad.
She had it all, you know?
Well, at least it’s not true.
Because the music stars are the people that kids look up to in life.
If I had a daughter, I sure would never want her to follow in Amy Winehouse’s path.

Yeah me too AMCS.
Janis Joplin died of a heroin overdose.
Elvis Presley died after shooting up a cocktail of multiple drugs.
Michael Jackson and his alledged drug use.
Amy Winehouse and all of her drug related problems.
I guess that there might be a problem with having alot of money. Too much stress I guess.
But whoa, it sure has been a weird time for the music business over the past 40 years or so.
