on my home computer we have pretty much what came from store 4 yr ago and a couple of games and cookies.

the problem is any time i try to open a picture that has been e-mailed it shows it downloading and then it disappears. i am trying to get a table and they have been nice so i feel bad. we want todo this in morning.

It probably disappears into the default folder for downloads. You should be able to either change this or find out where it is.
