Drink only water and skim milk. Count calories. You need to know what you are eating. Did you know that a whole grain bagel and a jelly-filled doughnut have the same amount of calories?

If you would like, I can give you a great diet to try that will show you eventually that you do not need to eat to feel full but for your bosy to be healthy and totally starving. but that you also do not need to indulge so much in one food.

Both of those conditions are related to weight gain & going by information from friends who have either one or both say that it is really difficult to lose weight unless you go on a strict diet and do plenty of exercise, see your Dr and they may pass you onto someone who can guide you through this with an easy plan.

You have to cut out a lot of carbs from your diet and fatty foods. It takes so mucn time to lose weight and being that weight, you should work out at least 60 mina day acrdio with your heart thumping.

And remember this. When you get out of the, it gives you absolutely no reason whatsoever to reward yourself with chips, donuts, bagels and fatty weight gaining food. Eat an apple or banana.

Thank you very much : ) I learned a lot from weight watchers. I love weight watchers, I have been dropping weight without working out. I can only imagine working out lol.

Another thing Anon, talk to your Dr about Sleep Apnea. For people are bigger, they have this. It is when you stop breathing in your sleep and snore. this also keeps weight on because you are so tired during the day and don’t have the motivation to do much. Your sleep plays a big roll in weight believe it or not.

And chinese food right after?!?! LoL It is good you realize it now : )
