So I’m 19 and I want to move as soon as possible…

.I live in MA. And want to move back down to my home town of Miami Lakes, FL where all of the friends r that I grew up with. My mom doesn’t mind as long as she’s knows that I will have a job and be able to pay rent and all of my other bills…what I want to do when i get down there is work full time and save up money so I can go to college in the fall of 2010…now here r my options:
1: move down there in January for a spring semester at college live on campus and let FA pay for mostly everything. Get a job transfer work part time and pick up another partime job so I got money for bills and gas and food.

2: move down there in January and find a place to stay. Get one or two room mates to help with rent. Get a job transfer and work full time and pick up a part time job as well. Save up money untill college in the fall and then go to school. Get FA to help pay for school and work full time as well or get two part time jobs to pay for bills and what not.

Now here r my problem
1: if I get a job tansfer my pay is gonna drop
2: if my pays drops then I can’t afford to pay rent and all my bills
3: if do the whole roomate thing I got to find trustworthy people
4: if I move I got to find a way to move all my stuff down there.

I think I just need some help with this…I need some advice…I third parties opinion…I’m stressing out over this..please help

craigslist people looking for room mates. People will want trustworthy room mates as well. Your safest bet will be to transfer jobs, it will keep your seniority with your company, etc… fmay as well use student loans for school since interest rates are low. Moving all of your stuff from mass to there?

Hmm… my buddy and I lived in Boston and drove down to jersey where I moved and he continued from Atlantic City Area of NJ down to Orlando, Fl where he lives with his g/f. It took me 6 hrs to drive from Boston to Atlantic City an I think from there to Orlando my friend said t took him like 12-3 hrs. So driving could be an option for you to move your stuff.

****, I drove back from Atlantic City to Seattle last December and that took me 3-4days of 14 hr driving.

Who is FA? Sounds to me like you either need to consider student loans, or waiting and saving more money. Living on campus is cheaper, and if you do that the first year you’ll get to know people, hopefully someone trustworthy enough to be a roommate.
