stupid ipod >.< what should i do?

so i have this new ipod..and it just froze! i tried holding down the center button for 10 seconds alot of time but i cant get it to do anything! and if i plug it into my computer nothing happens. i cant restore it or do anything. its been acting weird lately…how can i fix this? thank you in advance

center button and the play/pause button works for me, press it down for like 10 seconds, sorry if havent helped lol.

take it back to the shop and complain then trade it for a new one

so it dont matter the product has failed to comply with its product description thingy and it has there ffor in theory been sold under false intentions so youve got them over a barrrel so id get a replacement one that works

bring it to the Ishop, the people there are actually quite nice, i’m sure if you tell them the problem, they will fix it or trade it in for a new one. trust me, it happened with my moms ipod
