when i sign on to aol and sign off i am unable to resign on to aol as it gets stuck and says password and will not allow me access- the only way i can access is when i shut my computer down and sign on again- can you tell me if you are having problems with this signing on as i get stuck and it says password and will not go beyond that- when i shutdown the computer i can resign on to aol only once- when i sign off i have to again shutdown my computer in order to gain access as it stops at password and does not provide access. please advise-
