Concerning dreams…

I had a dream that I was hugging this acquaintance of mine goodbye. We aren’t too close, really. He irks me sometimes but in the dream we were friendly…too friendly. Once I hugged him, I couldn’t let go for a while. I remember him being very warm and he smelled good. It was like I liked him as more than a friend. (Yeah, I have vivid dreams at times).
The reason this bothers me is because I’m 18 and he’s 14.

Does this mean anything?

or it could be entirely symbolic of something else…

Scientifically, dreams are very rarely about what you think they are. It’ s probably your subconscious symbolising something or longing for something. Your dream probably doesn’t mean a thing!
