People who think A&F is too expensive…

SOO many people are saying A&F is too expensive, the other side is saying it’s not. I’m on neither side :P
Abercrombie is pretty expensive, and has too small sizes for some people, and too little material, whether you’re skinny ornot. In my opinion, I think people only buy Abercrombie because other people are, they feel pressured to do so, and they just buy it so that they don’t stand out. People think that PEOPLE who buy abercrombie are RICH people ;(

I have had first-hand experience because I attend a private, super exclusive school, which means soo many clones wearing these expensive brands. People who feel bad because they can’t afford these clothes or don’t look good in it, don’t worry, because REAL rich people don’t show off. I know, it sounds stupid, but it’s true. Many of my friends’ fathers are CEOs of humongous companies like samsung, sony, Lg, etc, but they don’t really think about clothes and money. It’s only the slightly wealthy people that like to show off and buy these clothes just to make you feel bad.

But of course, some people actually like A&F for the design, etc. so they do buy it at the clearance rack for cheaper prices. I am soo tired of people complaining about A&F, and people looking down at you because you don’t wear abercrombie. There are a lot of sales for brands like these, so go ahead and buy them if youwant. Just please, don’t feel intimidated or whatever because of people wearing these clothes. Anyone who goes to boarding schools, I know this is a problem too, because they think everyone who goes to BS are rich. While that is true, about 30% recieve financial aid and are not that rich at all.
Guys, just have your own style. What’s the point of buying super expensive clothes if you don’t like them?
Seriously :)
Opinions anyone?

May I ask where you are from??
I’m not sure how popular it is in America but in Europe it was really popular a few years ago and every single teen (12-16) in a private school was wearing it. Now its less popular as everyone only sees younger teenagers wearing it…I never thought it was expencive and all my friend stopped wearing it as it was just a trend for silly little rich kids (even though we were in a private school too - we had a more individual style)…Its the same with those awful ugg shoes!!
Anyway there are FAR more expencive brands that those spoilt teens wear now (where I live anyways)

The richest man in the world for a very long time was Sam Walton. He lived in Arkansas in a small town and drove a piece of crap pick up truck. When he died he left his money to 6 people and they instantly became 6 of the 10 richest people in the world. 16 billion dollars apiece. Sam wore overalls a lot and hunted quail with a $500 shotgun instead of a $25,0000 shotgun. Money doesn’t buy happiness. Do what you want and don’t follow the crowd.

Isn’t Abercrombie & Fitch where they sell clothes with stains and holes in them? Make your own by ripping up some good jeans and cross out the tag an write A&F over the logo. You will probably become the king of your school and you owe it all to Dr. Ralph. Rebel against rebelling!

Maybe $1000 is an exageration. but, I do know that they pay a lot of money for worn out clothes from America! Crap that people here would normally throw away! Some people make it a business to take old stinky clothes back to Japan from America.

You have to have the right attitude to pull it off. Attitude is everything… and no RxR is not talking about selling Japs old worn out Levi’s for $1,000. Ripping your f-ing Levi’s up pissing on them and then walking in like Johnny Rotten, James Dean, Cool Hand Lukeeerrrr Paul Newman, spittin’ at the pretenders is what I’m talking about.
