I know if you search somebody’s username, their profile appears in the Google search results. I imagine for most searches there will generally be hundreds of pages that are more relevant online, so help.com posts will be buried in pages of other results.

yup yup.thats actually how i found this site.i was going through a rough time so i typed a question into google and it brought up a post with a similar question.

o really, ha this was such a random question! i was just waondering because i was looking for one of my old questions and searched the exact words on google but nothing came up, so i thought there was some privacy thing with help.com but i guess not…

i found help.com by typing random site names into the address bar to see if anything came up, and this came up! quite funny :)

If you are quite focused about what you have to search then most probably you will come across results related to your enquiry - maybe not word to word but an overall approximate relation you can withdraw from the results obtained from the search engine ..
