nope. not really. everything you do has a benefit to you, whether it be to make you money or simply to make you feel good.
on some level, we all do good things for people to get that good feeling, and satisfaction i our lives. ergo, for our own gain.
Jesus is a myth, if you really believe in a jewish zombie whos father is some pie in the sky invisible spirit giving up his life so one day i can spend some time in a magical land called heaven, then i hate to think what other idiotic untrue things you believe.

Nah, that was a selsish act because basically the bible states that all humans should be good because he dies for us, if it was selfish then he would not have expected anything in return and that is what a unselfish act is, when you expect nothing in return just to help others.

So really Jesus is the first selfish person on record because he died to help humanity or humans in general but even when dead he can’t stop going on about it.

yes there is, but it’s rare, very rare… am gona give an example but dont think it fits for the unselfishness am talking about but what the hek :D

a simple example of that would be when you see somebody drowning and you try to help, you dont think, but you act, you act unselfishly…

That sounds more realistic, well, as realistic as a detailed account of something that happened over 2000 years ago can be and it be accurate lol

Again, according to Christian mythology he didn’t really die. Remember the resurrection? Also, even if the body was technically dead, no person can die because the spirit lives forever.

Premise 1: No being can die.
Premise 2: Jesus was a being.
Premise 3: Therefore Jesus never did and never will die.

technically we dont really know if the spirit dies with the body or we dont even know if a spirit exists in the first place :D…

btw they mean he died in the hence of body not spirit, like he sacrificed his body so he can live forever in heaven, soul two roads , heaven = living forever, hell = die :D …

again when they say he died they mean the body died and when they talk about the soul being dead they talk about the soul going to hell :D i think ^_^
