MSN help: I have a Laptop Acer Aspire 7730Z and when I tried to go on cam with my friend in MSN it said I didn’t have a cam.

I have a Laptop Acer Aspire 7730Z and when I tried to go on cam with my friend in MSN it said I didn’t have a cam.

But it does have Acer Crystal Eye Webcam. So what’s the problem why can’t I go on cam? Can anyone help and give me some tips to fix the problem?

Go to Acer and download the driver for your camera then try again. Hope this helps :-)

I did download the driver but still nothing happens.
