I lost my job as a Compliance Assistant in June, 2009. I am living on unemployment of $300 per week, but it is not enough to pay for all of my bills: car payment, rent; phone; electricity; car insurance; food. I also lost medical insurance coverage when I lost my job and cannot afford to pay for Cobra’s health care. The problem I have is this: I have 2 car payments past due, totaling $400 and I can’t afford to pay.
I have recently obtained a job as an independent sales associate (the only job I could find within a short period of time) and have accumulated approximately $300 in commissions – however, my commissions will not be paid to me until the end of August – all commissions are paid on a monthly basis - and I fear I may lose my car. If I lose my car, I will no longer be able to work as a sales associate and will be back at square one with no job and no prospects.
I need 40 people to help me by paying $10 to the company that holds my car note. The note is held by Synergy Acceptance Corp. in Woodstock, GA. The account number is
552683. Their address is 110 Londonderry Court, Suite 136, Woodstock, GA 30188 and their phone number is 678-564-1234. My representative at Synergy is named Mike and his extension is 293. Please tell him you are paying on behalf of the account holder of account 552683.
I do not want you to pay me – I need payments to go to Synergy Acceptance Corp. I also want you to send me an email at (email removed) with your name and address and the payment confirmation number from Synergy Acceptance Corp. – they will give you a payment confirmation number if you pay by phone. This way, I can pay you back by getting the payment confirmation numbers from them.
I realize there are lots of people in my situation and worse. This was the only honest thing I could think of - I have no close friends or relatives from whom I can borrow money – my closest friends are unemployed and I have not worked long enough to qualify for a loan.
Please help me.
