So eh, quick question to the wise and otherwise knowledgeable.

Someone who I never added to my MSN, and who never added me to his, started talking to me on MSN a day ago. Now I know first instinct, a bot, a virus. I checked it for both and it’s neither. It’s an actual someone. Problem is I don’t know who it is or how it’s possible to talk to me without adding me?

Can anyone shed some light here? Should I be concerned?

I don’t know how they can talk to you without adding you. Did you ask who it was?
